Notes to mounting on a tree / a trunk
Set the rope twice around a suitable branch or trunk and make sure that the rope intersects there. So slipping is avoided. It is useful to protect the rope against abrasion, e.g. you can put the rope into a hosepipe on the places where the rope may be abrased by the bark or other edged materials.
